Come, create connections, take some time for yourself (and bring a friend) at First Community’s Soul-Care Sundays.

Sound Bath:
Sink into deep rest with the soothing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ocean drum. This nourishing, meditative sound bath invites your mind and body to unwind, reset, and restore. Come as you are and let the sound waves carry you to a place of calm. We will send a registration link to participants after the April 27 event, before opening it up to the general public.
