SUMMARY:Thursday at Ten: Spiritual Explorations
DESCRIPTION:Thursday at 10\n\nEvery Thursday \n10-11:30 am \non Zoom \nThursday’s at Ten will once again be meeting beginning Thursday\, September 12 on Zoom. Over many years this group has read\, viewed\, studied\, and met with a number of inspiring authors and speakers on a variety of topics. As we explore  areas of  spirituality and religion as well as current topics such as relating to others\, being your authentic self\, and being in this world in a kind and understanding way\, we hope to inspire each participant through open discussion and dialogue. \nWith the divisive nature of our country and the upcoming elections\, our first book will be I Never Thought of it That Way by Monica Guzman. This book may remind many of us of our session in Faith and America Politics prior to the 2008 Presidential Election\, when living our faith while staying true to our values often collided with our understanding of other perspectives. \nOur first session will be an intro to the year and setting the stage for our reading of Guzman’s book. We hope you can join us! \nFacilitated by Connie Johnston. \nAny Question\, please email Jen Bratka\, Spiritual Life & Learning Center\, Program Administrator \n\nPlease register HERE to receive the Zoom Link.
