Attendees will be invited to share spiritual experiences and stories from their lives\, engage in holy listening\, and support one another in this process. Attendees will be led through spiritual practices such as Tonglen\, Lectio Divina\, Metta meditation and breath practices. This ministry offers the opportunity for greater awareness of divine presence in one’s life. \nAbout the Facilitator \nSpiritual Director\, Jodi Patton\, is a graduate of the spiritual direction certification program at The Chaplaincy Institute Interfaith Seminary and Community in Berkeley\, CA. Since 1998\, Jodi has been leading classes in mindfulness\, meditation\, and yoga\, and is a Reiki master teacher/practitioner offering all degrees of Reiki training. Attendees will be invited to share spiritual experiences and stories from their lives\, engage in holy listening\, and support one another in this process. Attendees will be led through spiritual practices such as Tonglen\, Lectio Divina\, Metta meditation and breath practices. This ministry offers the opportunity for greater awareness of divine presence in one’s life. \nAbout the Facilitator \nSpiritual Director\, Jodi Patton\, is a graduate of the spiritual direction certification program at The Chaplaincy Institute Interfaith Seminary and Community in Berkeley\, CA. Since 1998\, Jodi has been leading classes in mindfulness\, meditation\, and yoga\, and is a Reiki master teacher/practitioner offering all degrees of Reiki training.
